James did an excellent job helping us purchase our second home. He was readily available to view homes, promptly responded to communications and answered all our questions, and moved efficiently to secure all the inspections we needed for our quick close. We were not well-versed in the home-buying process and James took the time to explain all our options and their consequences. James was also able to use his network to help us find the right lender and put us in touch with several builders/contractors to evaluate the work that needed to be done on the house so we could be confident that it was the right home for us. We will be using James again in the future!
